When changing the sights on a Glock pistol, it's important to make sure you have the right tools. We recommend having a Glock rear sight pusher like the one on this page or even a Wheeler Armorers pistol sight device here (especially if you have more than just Glock pistols) or MGW and MGW Rangemaster universal tours. We also recommend the Real Avid 4 armor tool on a Glock like this or similar tool to remove the front sight (you'll also need blue Locktite).
